rules

Must be mid tier or less

No TP or KO

No Immortality unless it's a healing factor

cannot KO or kill Hulk.

MUST be Incap or sealing

No BFR

12 man team must consist of

4seal/Incap people

Two melee fighters

3 distractors

3 healers/support people sound fair enough?

4 seal/Incap people:

• Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze in control, hellfire chains hurts a lot, even the Hulk)
• Agent Venom (Takeover)
• Carnage (Takeover)
• Anti-Venom (Can "cure" people afflicted by Radiation, this will weaken the Hulk for the others do their jobs)

2 Melee Fighters:

• The Thing (Can tank some hits and soak some damage)
• Colossus (Nice durability, maybe can soak some damage too)

3 distractors:

• Nightcrawler (It will take a time until the Green man grab this one, he can just keep teleporting and dropping the Hulk from the sky)
• Spider-Man (Already danced around the Hulk many times in the past and can annoy him a lot)
• Quicksilver (Hulk will grab him eventually, but he is also hard to hit)

3 healers/supporters:

• Sue Storm (Headaches, throath supression)
• Dr Strange Sorcerer Supreme (Maybe high-tier, but he jobs a lot)
• Angel (Marvel)

Sorry have my attention split several places.

Northstar is really powerful for a mid-tier. He can punch just as fast as Luffy and use that to his advantage.
