Dude Youruichi was able to bitch slap the shit out of chrysalis hogyokou Aizen. She is far above town level. Higher with shunko higher with Raikoho and even higher with her cat form. She is at least mountain level by TYBW.

Soifon is a bit tricky, but she can harm TYBW characters and can one-shot TYBW sternritters with her Bankai which puts her in the multi city to mountain level range.

Ikkaku takes a Multi city block to Town level punch from Edorad while in just Shikai, Ikkaku powers up by 5-10x with Bankai, Ikkaku is much weaker than Renji/Matsumoto.

Both Soi Fon and Yorouchi are Dozens if not hundreds of times stronger than Town Level Chad by pure scaling, Chad strongest Punch was blocked by base Tesla, Tesla has a 10x power up in release state, Tesla was one shot by sealed kenpachi, Base Kenpachi=Base Nnoitra,

Shunko increases Yorouchi power by Dozens of times and is higher than her Shikai+Bankai which is why she uses it instead of her Zanpakuto/Novel.
