This fight should be pretty close, but the ninjas ability to heal might make them cocky and get tagged by Soi Fon’s two hit kill move. If the ninja are careful they should be able to deal with Soi Fon. The problem would be Yoruichi. Her speed and power could be a problem, especially in her car form.

So killninjas (who are ironically not the ninja) vs. healbots? If we give TYBW arc feats to the Bleach ladies I don't see how they lose. With no prep and in a first time encounter, they have a shot in R1 but with morals off in R2, the Bleach ladies kill them even if you equalize chakra and reiatsu.

Sure if equalized you could do some mental gymnastics and say Sakura or Tsunade could block the effects of the shikai, but...even if they could (I don't think they could), that would probably force them to strain that. Katsuya is a nice heal slug, but Yoruichi would blitz around her effortlessly and get to Sakura and Tsunade. With them focused on Soi Fon, Yoruichi one-shots each. You could wank Tsunade and Sakura to be neighborhood/multi-block level, but Yoruichi simply scales higher in attack potency.

Any other scenario the shinobi lose faster.

there more in the Town level range at least in Hundred seal form, in base City block+ seems accurate at least for TSunade sakura is much weaker.

both of them are still just Chad tier anyway, Chad is weaker than Base Tesla/Fraccion who is vastly weaker than Base NNoitra.

City/Mountain level only starts at Pain tier or higher.

Think that was Isshin or Ryuken who said that. Tsunade's healing isn't even that good regen shes basically unable to moveand requires the pieces to be put together.

Doesn't soi fon have a two shot weapon? Healing is fine and all but I don't see how it negates such an attack.
