Even if Yhwach alter the future, how can his ability affect Kaguya if his ability is been negated? Yhwach may alter everything around Kaguya but he cannot affect her directly.

Assuming Reishi is similar to Sage Chakra is wrong.(Unless the OP specify.) By definition:

"Reishi (霊子, Spirit Particles) is the main component material of Souls and all spiritual matter."

From this definition, Reishi is more similar to Spiritual Energy.

Reiatsu (霊圧, Spiritual Pressure) is the physical force/pressure that a person’s Reiryoku creates when released.

Reiryoku (霊力, Spiritual Power) is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user.

So no matter where you look at it, Reishi, Reiatsu and Reiryoku are different forms of Spiritual Energy.

The OP equalize them by making chakra=reiatsu.

It does not change the feats of Kaguya to neutralize chakra only based attacks. By applying OP rules, those feats could also neutralize Reiatsu base abilities.

Without an additional factor, reiatsu based attacks won't even affect or harm Kaguya.

And it did not also say about using a different kind of energy other than Spiritual Energy.

And Yhwach cannot steal his six path's power, that stealing ability of his will be negated. Six path's power is not reiatsu and also different to ordinary chakra. So you cannot assume his reiatsu stealing ability will even work.

Different form, still the same Spiritual Energy. So how will it bypass Kaguya's Six Paths Senjutsu 's Yin–Yang Release?
