Having Chakra in Naruto is not a prerequisite for having a soul and a physical body. However, having a soul and a physical body are prerequisites for having CHAKRA. Combining physical and spiritual energies is esoteric to shinobi and only came into being after Kaguya. Get it through your thick skulls guys
