As of later chapter we know how Yhwach powers work. We also know his limits (so far he only showed creation of the city, using his power to change the future, so this is his current limit). Can Kaguya survive a city growing in her head?

Sure there is a ways. He uses A to space warp attacks away from him. You just need attack what can't be space warp away. Like TSB, dimension creation or illusions.
So Yhwach can essentially do what he wants with the future. He can literally create a black hole and close at any time he wants for his own amusement, take or give powers as he likes and even give himself powers and etc.

His limit is city level (since he created city with it). Unless someone wants to say that Ichigo's bankai have bigger durability, than entire city (may be true). His limit so far is city IMO.
@redzkz: He would become immune/ignore to those attacks via seeing them. Dimension bfr wouldnt work cause quincy uses shadows to cross dimmensions similair to garganta, anyways a basic ability in bleach.

Lol. Anyway, Ywach dies immediately. We have no idea what Ywach actually even did, he's still not very far from featless. Breaking Ichigo's bankai is literally nothing new, and even Ulq could cut Ichigo's horns. This is garbage.

Also, again, it's tough to change a future you're not a part of. He dies in the first attack, Kaguya doesn't have any reason to procrastinate as she did Naruto and Sasuke.
And this is if she doesn't decide to mind**** him so hard he doesn't even know what the future is in the first place.

@zensum: Aizen destroyed the soul train after fighting Isshin. That was an entity removed from reiatsu, and existed out of reason....still cut by hillbusters. Ichigo busts dimensions by powering up, still burned by a mountainbuster. Withstanding a conceptual attack doesn't mean anything about the amount of power he can effect.
Kaguya's...well, pretty much her entire arsenal will take him out just fine, because her attacks carry more weight (figure of speech, dont get literal) than he has ever tried to manage.
The Aizen/Yammato statement was more out of protecting myself by covering my ground: a preemptive safeguard if you were to try and distract from the topic by arguing their powers may come somewhat close in terms of flexibility or DC, respectively.
