Sasuke wins via hax. BC characters aren't on the level of high tier Naruto characters.

Yami is operating in the lightspeed ballpark, has precog and can cut through Sasuke's portals with dimension slicer. Genjutsu is the only threat but Yami is too fast and Sasuke doesn't use that as an opening move(at least not consistently)

What Yami lacks in DC and hax, he makes up for in speed and ki. He mid diffs at most

As far as attack potency and power scale Black Clover series isn’t anywhere close to EOS God tiers like Adult Sauce. I don’t think Yami can break Sauce PS with wings which destroyed a meteor casually. But even fodder tier in Black Clover verse have faster speed reaction and combat speed than god tiers in Naruto. I’ve actually never seen beginning of series character be so fast. But the feats don’t lie even Asta can react to LS. So I say stalemate. Sauce can’t tag Yami and Yami can’t hurt Sauce.

Naruto dodged light fang at point blank.

He is light speed with his light magic movement ability and light beam attack. Yami is not light speed, and could only barely keep up with pre cog. Naruto dodged light fang at close range, and Sasuke blitzed and cut Madara in half, plus has teleportation, which is faster than light speed movement. There is really no good argument for Yami being faster than Sasuke, unless he does something crazy in the manga later on, as I'm anime only right now and Yami wouldn't even be able to beat Orochimaru from what I've seen, though that's because Orochimaru can survive being cut in half.

@alextheboss: what about the attack Asta cut through, it was a multi directional Light attack, what speed does that make him?

@unlimited1: using precog to dodge a LS attack that's already coming for you is still a reaction feat.

@tetsukage: It's not if you moved out of the way before the attack was fired, which is a possibility.

@tetsukage: No it's not legit light speed. If you are going to try and debunk Black Clover characters being light speed. Know that Naruto characters being light speed has been debunked times ten here.

Madara's face contorted before the lightfang came out. On top of that. Naruto also has precognition with Sage Mode. He easily timed the attack long before it came out. Naruto characters can't move and react at light speeds outside of teleportation. Even then after teleporting they still have to move and react to the their own teleport at speeds much slower than light.

@tetsukage: At best I would give Asta light speed reactions with pre cog, but based off of how strong he is shown to be, his muscles shouldn't have the power to generate anything close to light speed movement. That would make his muscles around as strong as Saitamas and he should be able to jump out of the Earth's atmosphere and whatnot.

Note: the scan of naruto dodging LF is very open to interpretation.

However, Naruto has anti-feats too so there’s that.

And most feats are up for interpretation the thing is more evidence suggest it went one way than it did the other.

It just comes down to whether you think it’s really consistent with the series/author’s intent.

I don't want to derail this thread but I feel like there is enough evidence to support it and the manga stated several times that Patry moves at light speed. Yami was able to physically react and parry his attacks with the help of precog. Current Yami is way stronger than the one that fought Patri, so there is that too

@gxrevs06: Minato also moves at light speed with flying rigin, that doesn’t make people who fight him light speed.

FTG is a teleportation technique lol. It's not movement speed. Not sure where you got that from

Patri's movement speed is lightspeed to FTL. As are his projectile spells. It's stated and shown in the manga. The evidence is all there.
