Yamamoto beats sealed Tenjiro. Unsealed Tenjiro would be stronger than him no doubt
Putting the squad zero in an entirely new pedestal just because of a vague display of power/hype is problematic. Yamamoto had similar hype when he endangered the whole soul society by going bankai but no one scaled him on an entirely higher tier than other top captains like kenpachi,shunshui etc who never had any hype on par with Yamamoto's bankai.
Also the squad zero is going to lose against the RG and then someone like urahara and Mayuri might end up defeating the RG later. You'll have to scale half of the gotei 13 on a higher tier than Captain Commander

You are correct... sometimes. This would all depend on the scenario for the fight, lore-wise Tenjiro is partially sealed, if the fight takes place in the bleach-verse or the seal is invoked as part of the battle scenario then Tenjiro would obviously be much weaker, however, if the fight takes place outside of the bleach-verse or Tenjiro is stated to be in his unsealed self then the situation is clearly different.
@brownzeus: yes, but before this episode nobody knew about the seals, so we were arguing for their sealed states.
You would be correct. For me personally it never made sense, so I just held that opinion reserved for myself and never argued for it because there was no ground for me to really stand on besides how I felt things should be.

We have to wait and see Yhwach stated no one but himself can handle Yamamoto bankai, I would assume that means he slaps anyone but Yhwach. And depending on how the fight goes we will see how Kirinji does

She wasn't "given" an amp. It is their original power. The seal is broken when they die.

You can’t be in possession of a stolen Bankai and use Volstandig, according to Bambi. Volstandig is also when a Quincy is at their most powerful.
So it’s more correct to say that only Yhwach, without using Volstandig (full power) is capable of stealing Yamamoto’s Bankai. Assuming that restriction didn’t exist, it’s entirely likely several other Quincy could steal Yamamoto’s Bankai.
