X-Men Invasion 5: Mutants storm the Jedi Temple

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....

Darth Sidious has stolen Cerebro and used it to brainwash the Jedi Order!

The X-Men have come to capture Sidious and get back Cerebro but need to get past the Jedi and Clone Troopers to do it!

Can the X-Men clear the Jedi Temple and defeat Sidious? Or will the "force" be to much for them?

RULES-

1-No TP

2- Sidious can't be teleported too

3- Star Wars characters get 1 day to prep.

4- All characters are in their Prime and willing to kill.

5- If the X-Men can't defeat Sidious in 6 hours they lose.

Rounds-

R1- Star Wars Characters are Canon.

R2- Star Wars Characters (except Sidious) are Legends.

R3- Sidious gets Legends & Canon composite Feats. X-Men get the Phoenix.

I am no Star Wars buff, but 616 Phoenix seems like enough to do this with all the help. Wolverine, Gambit, and folks like that seem to be fodder here.

Round One: X-Men in a hard fight honestly. Padawans could be a cake-walk, but sheer numbers give a slight edge to the Jedi. The saving grace for the X-Men comes from a combination of the heavy hitters like Polaris, Jean and Rachel and the faster X-Men like Magik, Nightcrawler, and Wolverine. (Assuming that it would take more than a swipe of a lightsaber to melt adamantium) I suppose if Scott were to unleash his full-range optic blast, he could take out large groups of Jedi, though it’s not Scott’s style. Rogue is useful as back-up and for taking the skills of random Jedi, assuming that the Jedi don’t hold her with the force and cut her to pieces.

*Note: If the Jedi Master’s are apart of this army of Jedi, the X-Men lose. Hard.

Round Two: Jedi. I don’t know everything about that universe. In fact, I know next to nothing in terms of actual feats for the EU. I have heard that Jedi are pretty busted though in that universe.

Round Three: Phoenix. Assuming Jean doesn’t hold back and allows Dark Phoenix, she can very well solo.

I don't get it...how do the X-Men not Stomp all rounds???

They have force users capable of mountain, solar system and galactic feats

and the target the X-men are going for can one shot ALOT of the X-Men team in certain rounds

@koays: I'm not a Star Wars guy so it's hard for me to believe they can bust Solar Systems and Galaxies with their Force.

Let Dazzler blind these men. Have Havok,Cyclops and Bishop combine their Energy and just blast these guys.

Next, have Gambit infuse kinetic energy to whatever it is that Jean, Rachel,Psylocke, Polaris throws at them making Kinetic Bombs.

Rogue can blitz and Magik ports whoever she wants to Limbo and port her friends out of harms way.

R1- Mutants mid diff, some of the high tiers may bug them a bit, but nothing characters like Jean or Rachel can't deal with

R2- Team Jedi/Sith clean house, speed gap is to vast

R3- Depends on the Phoneix Avatar to be honest, but any mid - high tier avatar stomps
