dazzler and longshot his luck manipulation could cause rictor to accidentally drop a building on his team.

just massive range and area effect powers give team 2 the win.

This is tough....Dazzler is the strongest on the field, but can easily be BFR'd idk man.....and luck is a factor as well?

I'm going with power and luck since I feel that would lead to the defeat of Shatterstar in the long run
