I have to go with Rogue in both rounds. It's just not enough for CB to hang with "Classic" Rogue or higher.

Cap R1.....Brian just has feats against better bricks then Rogue does. Ultimately he's got an edge in striking and lifting power.

Rogue however has the edge in damage soak but ultimately is fighting someone with similar speed and strength to herself.

Gloves come off though and Brian gets trashed

Rogue in a stomp even without draining she is a tier above Brian, she is stronger more durable and about the same in speed.

Mar Vell, Colossus, Super Skrull, Thor (like 3 or 4 times), Ironman, Juggernaut, The Fury.....
