In terms of battle, and unless the two character originate from the same universe, crossovers are kinda crap references. They might be fun stories, but I don't think you should take them seriously for points.

Darkseid is stated (by the source itself) to be the negative charge of the universe, he is from where all evil things come from. Every single one of the Darkseids you've seen beating Superman, Orion, the league, etc. Were avatars which are way weaker than the regular one.

The parademons were creations of Darkseid that didn't require much of his power and yet they were able to fight an invasion by 3600 green lanterns at the same time and win, they were dominating until the guardians and darkseid made a deal.

That alone should tell you how powerful he is

Hulk on the other hand, is I'm sorry but a guy with just a considerable strength
