only for a few seconds, most of the fight was just thor. then after the void fully manifested loki powered up all the heroes. loki then died when the sentry vaporized him. iron man crashed a helicarrier into the void reverting him to Bob Reynolds. then when the void came back out, Thor killed him with one monsterous blow. "

Magneto .

I am a huge Magneto fan, so this is pretty hard for me to say, but the Hulk would win this. Magneto's electromagnetic force field could definitely with stand a barrage of the hulk's punches, kicks, and thunder claps, the Hulk would just get angrier. 
 
Magneto going on the offensive would be pretty useless against the hulk as anything he could throw at him through magnetic manipulation would only slow him down at best. The hulk's regenerative abilities along with his near limitless stamina would eventually overwhelm Max. Magneto would become exhausted from trying to hold the hulk back at some point, and Max has shown in history that his physical condition affects the strength of his powers.
 
Hulk wins through endurance, strength, durability, and stamina. Now if Magneto had some prep time, it might be able to win, as he is a super intellect.
