Hmmm with stats equalized Nemesis certainly has the edge in physicals. She's better trained and has pre-incog i'll go with Nemesis. Especially if her genetic grenades work on Diana.
I let me assume Nemesis is some kind of ace swordsman/woman?
So with that I will go with him/her, since Diana (to my knowledge) is not actually ranked within the field. She often carries a sword, and knows how to use them, but she isn't considered one of the greats of the DCU. In the old continuety Diana was by Batman called the most formidable hand to hand combatant due to her skill and power, but that power has been equalized and it's not hand to hand combat.
@Outside_85: Nemesis is basically Zealot with psychic powers. She's supposed to be the better sword-fighter out of her and Zealot but this has only concretely been proven once every other fight was either cut short or just didn't finish for some reason but they seemed evenly matched. So Nemesis is at least on par with Wildstorm Zealot in terms sword proficiency.
@Strider92: Which sadly is meaningless to me :S Only book I have where Zealot features is the Morrison JLA team up with the Wildstormers...where Zealot gets her rear handed to her by WW, after being called a coward for bringing swords and therefore dropped them.
@Outside_85: Hmm well basically she is a member of the Coda a group of assassins/black ops agents that train in nearly every form of armed and unarmed combat. So as she's 10 thousand years old and has been training almost uniquely in sword combat its fair to say that Zealot is extremely hard to beat. Someone even said that to attack Zealot when armed with a sword was suicide (I think it may have been Midnighter as when he fought her he made sure not to engage her in a sword fight) and Nemesis is at least on her level.
