Ok, So I'm watching Justice League Unlimited Episode "For the Man Who Has Everything" and Wonder Woman and Mongul fight. Is Mongul really this Strong?

So Mongul's skin is so tough that even Wonder Woman hurts her hands punching him?!?
If so I have greatly underestimated Mongul's strength. Is Mongul up there or close (under but near) to Doomsday or Darkseid?

Pre-Crisis Mongul in a curbstomp. He once took down MM and Sups at the same time. Dude is crazy powerful (or was)

Pre or Post Crisis Mogul doesn't even count WW. Mongul would just slap her out of the way just like he did in IC. He can't do that to Supes though and that's how you know she's way below Superman.

I think Mongul can beat Wonder Woman about 8 times out of 10.  Maybe 7.

How can she be way below Superman if she's beaten him before and has proved to be nearly as strong as him? And I don't remember Mongul slapping around Superman a few times. So, it isn't any different.
