Ugh, I can't help but think it's Tony under that. Well WW wins, superman class strength and durability along with bracers that block anything leave Ultron with nothing to win with.

Lady Ultron lacks feats, WW has hundreds and hundreds of feats against some really big hittersThe only area I would question WW is her durability (if you get past those bracelets)but the overall stats are the favor of WWWonder Woman is probably much faster and stronger and a far more skilled fighter
