Actually no. ab is no longer hulk equal at base value either. It's been like this for a while.
Wonder Woman wins. Abomination is more or less equal to an edgy hulk, but no more. And I think it takes a Hulk more than excited to defeat Wonder Woman. So, I do not see how Abomination could defeat her, especially with her shields and sword. And honestly, the feats of abomination based on successive defeats against Hulk unfortunately do not plead in his favor.
