@assemblesquad: Well now that I think of it yes Diana can tag him. I wouldnt say he is a casual bullet timer and probably if you set them close to each other Diana has the upper hand. He is just way more versatile with his different sets of skills provided he has something he can absorb that makes me think he can win.
It seems to be a misconception that when Delsin activates his neon running power, he becomes intangible; he doesn't. I've tested it thoroughly numerous times, and Delsin is still perfectly capable of being shot or otherwise hurt while in that neon state (it's more difficult because he's quite a bit faster in that state, thus enabling him to avoid most projectiles and such - but Wonder Woman can easily tag him in Round 2).
If I remember correctly all he did was generate earth around things. And he's not as fast in rock form vs his other forms. Wonder Woman could easily destroy the rocks.
Delsin has way too much versatility for Diana to handle. Diana will put up a struggle during both Scenarios, but Delsin has this in the bag more so in Scenario 2.

Delsin can't go intangible this whole battle, Wonder Woman will decapitate him the moment she tag him. Delsin's damage output is not on WW's level who tanked most of Doomsday's and Ares's attack.
I honestly don't know enough about Delsin to comment. The only thing to mention without proper knowledge is that Diana's god mode makes her pretty much unbeatable at this point. She was able to incinerate anything that wasn't a god that was thrown at her and even pushed Ares back. With her speed and godkilling weaponry, it seems unlikely most characters can compete!
@assemblesquad: Based on the vid, I think Diana's too much for him, her defensive weaponry, shield and Gauntlets can block most of his best attacks and she's fast enough to dodge the rest, especially in god mode. I think she'll just speedblitz him and it's over. IMO, his only chance is when he's got evil karma and uses his invisibility in conjunction with an execute and i'm not sure that will kill diana. None of the characters in the game seem anywhere near as fast, strong or durable as Diana.
Delsin all rounds, he sank Augustine's small island in their fight that already puts him above Wonderwoman, Delsin is also around her speed but with the neon and video powers he's FTL.
@danieldaripper: A very VERY small island, I doubt it's even bigger than a city. At the end they fought in a building if I'm not mistaken. He's most definitely not FTL, even his smoke power isn't that much slower than his neon power.

Based off looks maybe he's not FTL but neon lights are light speed so yeah, and has Wonderwoman demonstrated the potency to destroy an island no.
@danieldaripper: If she could hurt Doomsday and tanked his attack, I don't see why destroying mini island is suppose to be that impressive. He still wasn't that fast in the game as he should be logically, I mean bullet was clearly faster than him.
