@cognitive: WM has no energy absorption. The closest he has is some rudimentary electromagnetic radiation manipulation that he doesn't know how to use, never used in a fight and that is utterly useless against the opponents here.
OT: Cyclops is mostly useless and will only slightly hurt Simon at best and only annoy him at worst, so Human Torch will have to carry the duo. He is easily faster and way more maneuverable than Simon and can create mirages/clones, so it's unlikely for Simon to tag him. And even if he does get tagged, his durability is good enough to tank a couple of hits. While Johnny's more subtle tricks (dehydration, air deprivation, freezing via heat absorption, ultraviolet rays) won't work due to Simon's non-human physiology, he has enough firepower to brute force his way to victory. I recall that morals on Johnny wrecked Giganto (while other member of Giganto species tanked hits from Wonder Man just fine) and morals-off Johnny straight-up incinerated a clone of Vindicator (while brainwashed Wonder Man couldn't beat Vindicator). Johnny also stomped a guy who humiliated Nova Corps, incinerated Skrull-X (a robot with Super-Skrull's powers), liquefied one of Iron Man's Argonaut armors, stalemated Terrax's blasts with his own, hurt Silver Surfer on several occasions, hurt Savage and Mindless Hulk with his flames, matched original Human Torch (Jim Hammond) while young, etc. And that's not even mentioning Nova flame.
TL;DR: Human Torch can beat him, Cyclops is nigh-useless.
