We barely have info on Wizard while on the otherhand Elsie can atleast fight with Ziggy briefly (not counting dirty tactics).

Wizard so far has been fighting on par with Shiki who is also a member of the Oracion seis Galatica and was said by Elsie to be near equal to her a couple months ago.

He also even managed to absorb Shiki’s ether while he was using overdrive.

Tbh I could see the fight go either way for both Wizard or Elsie but him going toe to toe with Shiki is very impressive.

Edens Zero is essentially the result of Mashima putting his story and writing skills to it's peak. It is mozart compared to Fairy Tail imo

Wizard kind of hard counters Elsie. She can drain the planet but he can drain her and potentially neutralize her battle gear.

That said, if Elsie abuses her speed advantage she could end him before he spams that nasty ether drain ability(Elsie should be just as fast as justice who indirectly blitzed ziggy).

Elsie didn't even need to go OD to almost deal a devastating blow to Ziggy. She definitely wins this and her ether gear would hard counter his ether drain.

No it doesn't. Match-up is in Wizard's favorite. The only thing winning her this fight is possibly her higher stats.

However, Elsie. Mainly the same what jdogg said.

@ragegod: It isn't since Elsie can just gather her Ether up by absorbing the planets. He absorbs her ether -> she just absorbs the planet to get it right back and then doesn't make the same mistake twice by destroying him in stats. The ether in the planet is more than enough to keep filling her back up while he be hard press to keep up with her base speed let alone her meteor speed which was able to blitz past Ziggy in the middle of his attack. I don't see how she loses this.

Elsie is stronger as Ziggy and Wizard crystal clear told us Shikis Gravity in nothing compare to Ziggys.And Ziggy is >>>>>> his underlings

Elsie wins this quite easily. I actually take back what I said earlier about it going “either way“ since Wizard this chapter got casually one shotted by a Shiki that was using a little more than 10% of his power.

Ok, Elsie wins handily now. The stat difference is too great if Wizard is getting blitzed and presumably one shot by Base Shiki.
