Um i can see kakashi taking a majority tbh. He knows all of narutos moves for the most part.

Kakashi 7/10. He is more skilled, has more experience and knows his opponent well. The only way I can see Naruto winning is going 4-tails.

Naruto's RS is stronger than any of Kakashi's jutsu (excluding Kamui) which is why i think he said Naruto's stronger.

But Kakashi is still better skilled and more impressive.

Kakashi should still be better than Naruto at that point in time.

Naruto was able to land an FRS on Kakuzu whilst Kakashi was overwhelmed, so basically he simple uses the same trick and got Kakashi desintegrated as well.

Naruto’s entry in the Third Databook shows that he has a 3.5 in Taijutsu, meaning that he has Jonin (Elite Master) levels of Taijutsu before he learns the Frog Kata.
