Probably, but not for the neutron star feat. Energy durability =/= blunt force durability.

He'd be dazed and a little confused, but he'll be conscious.

Superman wasn't bloodlusted in any of those scenes except the one where he bullrushes Zod through the building.

Anyhow Thor can tank it. He was tanking Hulk's hits without a problem while possibly weakened. And I'd argue that Hulk hits harder than Superman.

Heat vision isn't going to hurt Thor at all. Even in Thor 1 Thor could no sell massive explosions which should be enough to deal with that.

Stunned / Dazed.

Also I think you should add an option in the poll that just says "KO".

Stunned/Dazed.

Just recently came across the fact Hulk can leave a fist imprint in Vibranium covered Walls. If Thor can tank that then he’d do the same with these.

Thor is really, really tough. Hulk (whose striking and strength feats are pretty beast) beat on Thor and it didn't KO him, and his Neutron Star feat is ridiculous.

Superman is still crazy powerful in his movie form, speed-blitz is his go to and since almost no one in the MCU speed-blitzes Thor won't be ready.

Too close to call either way. I went with Stunned/Dazed (briefly).

When has Thor ever tanked getting hit that hard? A few punches from ultron had him bloodied, a few from kurse had him looking like he was about to die, a couple from hulk had him hallucinating about his dad. And all these guys don't hit as hard as Clark on their best day. He gets knocked out and heavily bloodied

Casually. He tanked mutliple hits from hulk, who hits with greater force than Superman by actual feats and not just looking at what LOOKS more impressive.

@DammeFavour: Alright. It's that time of the day where we correct all of your lowballing. First, Ultron cut Thor from multiple punches for Ultron. That is a feat for Ultron, considering about 5 minutes later Thor survived a city exploding in his face. Kurse beat him till he was about to die? Are you serious? He gets up about 20 seconds later and runs to loki. Seeing Odin is clearly not a hallucination. The reason we know that, is because one, Thor just punches hulk off and gets back up, and two, Odin showed the power to stop time/enter people's minds to talk to them (end of ragnarok).

@xzone: But Damme is NEVER wrong according to damme lol you are right as usual low ball from Damme but you can't talk Sense into a rock that won't listen. Lol I tried for months.... anyway OT he feels it but certainly tanks it as he's taken much more without going out

I voted Stun/Dazed. It seems there few things that can take out this Thor, but Superman might just be what's needed - They're in the same leagues.

Come, on would vote "maybe"? =)

The neutron star blast left him nearly dead. He was dying. Last minute stormbreaker amp saved him.

That said, he's impressively durable, and would surely survive those *decidedly Not bloodlusted* blows.

@DammeFavour:

-The 200 ton boulder that Kurse hit him with has more concussive force than any punch Supes has delivered.

-The pummeling Hulk gave him in the arena is equal to any punch from Supes.

-The 500 foot bomb punch from Hulk is greater than anything Supes has landed on someone.

Funny you should mention Thor’s Blunt Force feats.

- Ultron never bodied Thor he just choked him and took him by surprise.

- Kurse Strikes harder than Mjolnir

- Hulk left a fist imprint in Vibranium

All of which are better striking feats than what Superman has ever done.

That star beam didn't carry blunt force. I don't see why it's being mentioned.

Nonetheless, I won't say massacred either, that would be too much. Besides, Most of these hits in the OP aren't blooslusted hits anyway. That many bloodlusted hits from Superman would cave in his skull. Most of these hits are casual hits and yet they have done great damage. Superman treated Steppenwolf like a fly or something. Even if Thor's not KOed, he'd be seriously hurt. He'd probably be in the same state Hulk put him in, after the arena fight.

Tbh, Clark with a casual gentle punch managed to make a car-sized hole in a Kryptonian ship made of a material capable of no selling orbital reentry and take no damage whatsoever from this. Now imagine his serious punches and speedblitz? IMHO he strikes much harder than the Hulk.

@thebestofthebest: when did it no sell orbital re-entry? It was in atmosphere...it didn't come down to earth at full velocity and clashed with it. Also hulk's beat feat is Leviathan one which is calculated to be upwards of 15,000 tonnes... striking. Haven't seen superman do that.

Avatar image for red_ruby_petal

@shadyxv: thats not a striking feat and calcs are inconsistent. It couldn’t even collapse a building it was laying on top of to even be a thousand tons.

What @red_ruby_petal said. As for the orbital reentry thingy, ask @worldofthunder he's got the scans, probably.

Do people not realize that you can hit harder than you can lift? If Superman can lift that Apartment building then his striking force will certainly be above that. It's just the physics of striking.

Avatar image for shadyxv
#48 Posted by shadyxv (557 posts) - - Show Bio

@red_ruby_petal: actually it was going through building just fine. And also someone debunked that said feat earlier. See each floor is designed to sustain massive weight. And I'm not saying Leviathan weights that much but taking velocity and stopping power rates it that. Either way hulk has imprinted his knukles on a solid vibranium wall...same vibranium which mjolnir strike was unable to scratch. Still a better feat than anything superman has done.

Avatar image for red_ruby_petal
#49 Posted by Red_Ruby_Petal (8030 posts) - - Show Bio

@shadyxv: Each floor was designed so it can sustain the whole building itself which weighs a lot anyway and for it not to collapse. In fact if even the slighest mistakes do happen its possible for a building to collapse under its own weight. There is a reason nobody builds libraries on the top floor or any heavy duty equipment. What more of a giant space whale. Im being awefully generous assuming its even a 1000 tons.

The wall a mix of vibranium and some other materials, it isn’t pure. We dont really know how much it takes to bend it.

First of all, it wasn't pure Vibranium hence not impressive. Second, you think Hulk hits harder than Mjolnir? Yeah, no. He is nowhere near close to Mjolnir striking-wise. And the Leviathan feat was a strength feat rather than a striking force feat, if he had stopped it dead in its own tracks with a single punch then you'd be on point but he didn't, he had to rely on his strength to slow the space whale's momentum, something Superman would easily replicate given that he's a casual 1000 tonner.
