Wild cat is mastered in 8 or 9 Forms that i know of and he is the one that trained half the super heroes that you see on D c . He is know as the best boxer EVER

You can't be serious.......all of Wildcat's fights with Batman had some context attached; one or both of them was always holding back for random reasons. The closest thing they ever had to a context-free fight was the short bout in Virtue and Vice where Bruce one-shotted Ted with a headbutt. Wildcat has never beaten Jay three times either. There was one showing in a fight organized by Roulette where Jay was depowered and another where Jay voluntarily slowed himself down and begged Ted to knock him out before the Spear of Destiny took control of him. If you throw all context out of the window and pretend these fights were all straight-up H2H matches, sure, Ted has "beaten" Flash three times.
Batman wins at least 9/10. He's just on a completely different level of skill and combat ability from Grant.

You know Wildcat only trained Batman in boxing, right? And that there were hundreds of other fighting styles that Bruce learned from others? Fighting styles that Ted never learned?

Yes, he would. Even Ted would not pretend he is anywhere near Batman.

@kidman560: Scroll up and you'll see the scan of Bruce knocking Ted out with one headbutt. That's all the feats you need. I'm familiar with the majority of Ted's feats. None of them are things Batman hasn't equaled or bettered on several occasions.

CB has already covered it but Ted has never "beaten" Bruce. Their first flight Ted was actually going all out Bruce was holding back looking for an opening against Joker. The cage fight that Vuviper Put scans up of , despite being blind folded Bruce recognized Ted's style and was trying to reason with him when that failed and hr actually tried in one blow he broke Ted's mask and ended it. The last is self evident from VV's last scan.
Ted's mastery of Krav maga, Hapkido, Mua Thai, Caepiera and boxinf just isn't enough to put him in Bruce's league.
Also his nine lives only matter if Bruce would kill him which he wont. Ted can still be knocked out, put down or incapacitated. In All Star comics he's even been put in a coma until he's drad his 9 lives do jack he doesnt have a HF
If you thought this through, it really depends on the version of Batman. Now, automatically, I'd say Bruce is too OP for Wildcat. But according to the ArkhamVerse, he'll take down Wildcat using Judo, Ninjitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, and good old fashioned boxing, which, all combined, make for a devastating fighting style. And most importantly, Keysi and environmental attacks. The W belongs to the caped crusader.
