Dude is 2 digit kilotons(Townlevel) and 2 digit Gigatons(Islandlevel) with his strongest Raigo(with his Arc Maxim and extensive prep)

You should really check your definition of wank because it's not used to refer to anything you don't agree with. Well I assume you are asking why Raigo is wanked(because there is no Enel wank on this site) but it isn't. To vapourize an Island is country level due to the fact that vapourization carries a shit ton more energy than pulverization and yes you're correct that Enel is unable to perform such feat with his own power.

Enel hasn’t been ‘wanked’ here for years and even then it was only by a handful of users. It went mostly unnoticed like a rain drop in the ocean.

hes about as wanked as pain tbh. Both are mid tier chracters from their series and are very unimpressive to use in vs battles as they have numerous downsides to them that make them borderline fodder against any mid tier with semi decent hax

I honestly feel like Enel is heavily downplayed by the one piece community because he was used early on before luffy got gears. Even though without literal immunity to his attacks luffy would have been dead in the opening moments of their fight

Enel isn't impressive its his raigo thats impressive..an attack he cant use under normal circumstances.

Upper yard is bigger than jaya and it took luffy 3hrs+ to run from one point of jaya to the otherside at top speed in a hurry ..you're good at calcs,you should know how large upper yard would be based off of that
