Why do everybody put metal bat above WDM?

I just don’t get it.

WDM simply showed wayy better feats against garou, people says that metal bat wasn’t in his definitive pumped up mode or that Garou is a metal bat counter but the feats they’ve showed aren’t even comparable...

Garou was playing against metal bat and he beat him with ease without struggling, in the WDM against Garou fight was simply the opposite.

we’ve never even seen WDM’s limit so we can’t SURELY prove that any s-class hero could be stronger than WDM, stronger heroes would simply stomp against him but if we have to say that some s-class heroes are stronger than WDM (not sure but almos)we can’t say metal bat .
