I believe Murdock is more of a defense lawyer, while Dent is more of a prosecutor.

Before the two face incident Harvey Dent was arguably the greatest DA Gotham haver had he *probably* put away more bad guys than batman

Matthew Murdock is a fantastic lawyer but his on going superhero work tends to make him late for court appearances or just not show up at all

TLDR: Dent is a better lawyer simply do to the fact he is a lot more reliable
