MHA would be so much stronger if all their powers didn't have severe limitations or if they didn't job so much.
Anyways composite MHA is quite a beast, Rewind could neg lots of characters far more powerful than them but they sadly lack the speed and anyway of coming back after death to alleviate that problem.
Combined multipliers makes things interesting, this means every single quirk would be empowered by OFA so stuff like Dabi's fire-in a recent chapter it burnt a city blocks worth- would be deadly, shock absorption makes the composite a beast against physical attacks, Mirio's intangibility and Eri's rewind could actually let it tangle with the higher tiers of the HST.
I'm not to sure about multipliers, but 100% should at least be a 5x and All Might can go even further than that. Prime is a 60x multiplication on top of that, if we consider the Composites speed to be at least mach 5 at 100% (off of All Might burning the air when punching) then the composite is Mach 300 or lightning timing. Plus a 300x boost to EVERY SINGLE QUIRK. That is formidable.
Basically it can tangle and defeat any brick without significant hax resistance, it would get fairly far into Naruto (could probably tangle with BSM Naruto and win), gets up to at least Assault Mode Mel in NNT, VL Ichigo in Bleach. Rewind could neg most of these characters.
Strongest characters that could consistently defeat it are telepaths, someone like Gowther from NNT for example. Or hax lord characters, Kumagawa from Medaka Box and Aizen from Bleach.
