Who is the weakest person Marvel comics character that can beat human Garou?

well.. i'm reluctant to search that shitty looking webcomic for him .... but to the general measure .. he's a super martial artist .. with feats comparable to the karate kid's.. he made saitama fight a little serious.. outsped and out reacted a guy who claimed to have light speed .. and stuff like that.

Human garou wont make it that far. Probably high tier street levelers with regen could take him. His was smashing rocks as one of his good showings. Maybe wolverine perhaps? It would end in stalement with him.

Monster garou is another story. Hes almost LS and has insane feats going for him. He would cap out at planet buster low tiers.

His power is heavily reliant on scaling tbh so if you don't know what Saitama and the s class heroes are capable of it won't be that impressive

Outside of the Wacky healing factor crew, Hes about on par with Black Panther and other low end mid tiers.

Hes honestly even in the manga, Still not street level. Especially if we scale. He'd outspeed and KO the shit out of Logan, Cap, and most other streets but hes not gonna ever put Logan down due to that skeleton.

Possibly, but I'd personally give Garou the edge. He's physically at least able to match Spidey's strength, is likely as fast (definitely a bullet-timer) but his fighting skills, adaptability (even in his pre-monster form, he was 'memorising' his opponents' attacks and movements) and his durability outclasses the wall-crawler's, as far as I know. To give just one feat, Metal Bat (whose attacks were strong enough to cause craters and destroy local buildings with their shockwaves alone) smacked a manhole cover towards Garou like a hockey puck and got a direct headshot on him. Garou then got right back up.

For these reasons I'd say Garou would beat Spidey 8/10

Don't be stupid. Gorou is way above street level by feats alone. Spider-Man would die in a millisecond; saying a bunch of street-levelers would do anything but die immediately is silly.

Wolverine?

Even Human Garou is way above any street tier. He has speed above Mach 5 easily just from scaling. He was well above a lot of S class heros even before monster form.

@overwarrior2: Apparently all the C class hero have superpowers or are superhuman (even Mumen Rider), so someone like Spiderman would be in high rank C class by power and ability.

The powers start from B class .. then goes higher in A class .. and to supreme in S class.

No street level character can deal with Garou even as a human.He's too fast,and has taken blows from Tank Top Master who hits harder than spiderman or any top street tier opponent.

And his hax skill is just icing on the cake;his Water Rock Stream Smashing Fist allowed him to repel blows from metal bat whose swings were tearing down buildings,meaning even heavy street level hitters aren't getting through his technique.

So I'd say any mid tier with impressive speed will fare well against Human Garou

The thing with Human Garou is there would be a lot of stalemates.

Ie the Thing or Namor. Garou could not put either down, but neither would be able to tag him in a million years.

So to BEAT Garou it would have to be a midtier with hax, or speed needed to put him down. Anything less then sonic level speed is not cutting it.

Yeah, if you read the manga or webcomic instead of just watching the anime then you'd already know that Mumen Rider is 100% superhuman, at least in durability. Even guys below him can effortlessly take on dozens of armed men in a matter of seconds.

Also Mumen rider is probably the weakest of the C class. He isnt even peak human. He is just very popular. The closest to superhuman in C class is tank top tiger wit his strength.

Human Garou is leaps and bounds above street level.He was able to match and deflect Metal bat's attacks.And Metal bat was ripping up city blocks.

How is mumen rider not even peak human? He was just fine after taking a punch from Tank Top master (a class S hero) who wasb't holding back either and survived human garou slamming his head into the ground several times.That is something I don't even see a peak human surviving honestly. And for the record tank top tiger has no strength feats.

I'd say it would be cyborg or some other meta human around his level if not above. This is only if garou is human and not in his monster form.
