Lvenger or EmperorThanos. Altlord has top tier debating skill but Lvenger is pseudo-mod tier and EmperorThanos’s mod powers seal it if nothing else.

Nohate's a member of the Old Vine, so he's automatically got an experience advantage against Alt Lord. Altlord can spam GIFs, but Nohate can spam whole threads, which is a better feat according to the president the MCU (can't find the quote though) and the director would obviously have the greatest authority so we should listen to him, consistent with the intent of his scaling to other high tiers Viners. Nohate also has better amping feats, considering he's amped mid tiers to outerversal, while Altlord's best feat of amping is putting Slowdinson to Statue Force levels.

The only thing Altlord has going for him is a statement from the president of the MCU;

but as you know, statements from the writers aren't always accurate, we should only look at the feats.

Unironically the worst debaters are the ones with most FP's, I think it's because they are generally Late 30s/Early 40s guys who ''debate'' bc it's their hobby and think they can be ''nerds'' and hang with the young and genius millenials/zillenials.
