@smxlr8: No, due to the fact he is made of Pyonium (A godlike particle) and not DNA, it is discovered that the Narrator (Who turns out to be God) offers up his seat as God to Dandy.
Dandy, realizing as god he won't have a physical form, refuses, as he wishes to still be able to grab booty.
And thus the universe is reset with Dandy as a mortal.
----
Regardless, Dandy is still an extremely weak character and I doubt he can do anything to Saitama without the greatest of mass destruction weapons at his universes disposal.
However, it leads me to wonder if Saitama can actually kill Dandy.
Due to him, despite being human, being made of the God particle, pyonium, whenever he dies, everything is reset or his being traverses through alternate dimensions and only God (the narrator) has knowledge of these multiple realities.
This means, even if Saitama kills Dandy, he'll likely simply re-exist in an alternate dimension for another try or reset everything.
But since this is a battle, I'd say, if Saitama pastes him (which he probably will) it should count as a win for Saitama since Dandy technically died, it's just the Pyonium saving him. He lost the battle, but I dunno if he can truly be killed.
I also wonder if Saitama punching pure pyonium with his speed and power will make anything wierd happen. Often when Dandy does especially unusual stuff or interacts with unusual stuff, the Pyonium reacts and bad things happen.
