I can't remember much of Shippuden in all honesty. But he could defeat people like Hidan, so I imagine he could defeat some of the Chunin at that point.

A TLDR of it: he’s a hypersonic+ ghoul that specializes in crazy strong piercing attacks, has access to multi-city-block to town-level AoE’s, and has very broken regen that allows him to instantly heal from even being completely crushed to a blood splat. He’s also extremely skilled, experienced, and tactical.

The strongest kaneki should win against would be the sound four. He will lose to curse mark 2 Sasuke and one tail Naruto.

@oreoghoul: he does not have access to town level or city block lev aoe. He is close fighter and that was him going out of control. It hasn't been shown that he is capable of it and it should be rise. Also he is barely supersonic, around mach 3.

@asurakj: He’s talking about the time when he used an RC wave to disintegrate Rize’s Dragon Kakuja. It’s been calc’d at small town level, but I have reservations about that which stem from using KE calcs in general.

Barely supersonic would be Mach 1. Mach 3 is solidly supersonic, and by feats Kaneki was faster than that in P1 when using his Kakuja.

@shirso: oh he’s definitely fast. He was already faster than solidly supersonic ghouls back in part 1 and was easily hypersonic+ by the EoS.

@asurakj: His AoE literally vaporized several skyscraper-sized monsters made of material stronger than steel instantly. The amount of firepower needed to do that is at a bare minimum of city-block level.

Barely supersonic? What? Ayato was supersonic back in part 1 and Kaneki easily eclipsed him and was superior in terms of speed. Ken was solidly supersonic back in part 1 let alone EoS.

@narutogen13: He dodged bullets from an Ukaku quinque that resembled a gatling gun when he first used his half Kakuja, but that was from a sizeable distance away.

He did seem to actually out-speed the rounds, but it's hard to tell just by looking at the one panel.

All of these are pretty good. Damaging/cracking Susanoo and ragdolling it, tearing apart Madara’s body in a punch, and being confirmed stronger than A. And I’m pretty sure she was stated to be the physically strongest of the Sannin but I can’t find the scan.

2nd^ though they admittedly had a decent fight before the 2nd KO. But Sakura wasn’t even using her Byakugou Seal, she didn’t need to use it once the entire fight...

even besides the Shin encounter, the series was very vocal with her surpassing Tsunade. An entire theme of Team 7 was them surpassing their masters. Kakashi and Chyo commented on her potential to surpass Tsuande way before the 4th War and Hashirama basically confirms it during the war:

The first encounter was a sneak attack when Shin was focused on Sasuke, and you completely glossed over the fact that in their second encounter Shin utterly destroyed her which is why Sasuke had to intervene. That scans doesn't state that Sakura had passed Tsunade, so I don't even know why you posted that.

Six Paths Naruto/Hagoromo. Kaneki could also give Kaguya a run for her money. Though I am not sure if he can beat her.
