hmm joker is a classic evil but more obsessed with ending batman than just being evil. Deathstroke, Steel Serpent and Lex Luthor are all maybe-evil-maybe-not. Diamonback is just super jeolos of luke cage and might not even continue his criminal ways once he gets his revenge on Cage. Kingpin is pretty evil but still has a weakness for vanessa and is manipulating while being manipulated. To take the prize you would need someone who is calculating and truly evil, not just a blundering fool Like the Abomination. The most evil enemies on this list are probably braniac, mallus, joker or black manta. Iron monger is just a bad dude but he beleives he is good which sorta rules him out. TBH lex luthor is just a visionary with lofty ideals and a vendetta against superman, not someone like braniac who tried to end the human race with a nuclear bomb, THEN mind control know as myriad. Mallus is a demon, nuff said. And loki is just a devious person tired of living in the shadow of his brother, alqthough he does struggle with the concept of loyalty and morals. Ares, Mallus, and Braniac are definetly my top three, what about yall
