Kizaru is the only one you can concretely argue at light speed movement, the rest have only shown reactions at that level.

Though the Mimihagi feat can be argued at insane levels so it all depends on your stance really.

Considering every random fodder could react to Kizaru making moves at Marineford I doubt he is really moving at Light Speed constantly.

Everyone and their grandmoms have been reacting to him. Not to mention his light techniques don't act like natural light, cuz they explode, light doesn't explode lol. That's a retcon.

Mimihagi absorbed yhwach should be the fastest. He is at least relativistic from mimihagi's feat of crossing multiplanetary distances in a very few seconds.

Why not use Kaido instead lol Kizaru isn’t technically a final or big villan. But since he can travel as Light I reckon him. But as far as Reaction and Attack speed in his physical body he is the slowest here, Both Rayleigh and WB have reacted to Kizaru and Rayleigh isn’t a God Tier neither is Kizaru.

If the fastest in combat speed I’m going with Jigen. He blitzed Adult Naruto and Sasuke who are faster than their teen forms that reacted to and moved before lightning could touch them

Going with Kizaru based on statements, Databook and Autor statements.

But if we can using scaling, there are probably faster people in Bleach then Kizaru. I would even claim that Bleach has the fastest characters, when One Piece only has LS at best. (Some people say FTL, but even someone who react to Kizaru with Pre-CoC and B-Haki can just react in time and probably slow down the movements) There are also statements from Kuma who has LS attacks via statements and Foxy who can manipulate photons.

Also lol at the Ben-Beckman situation. Kizaru spams Law his ship, and the others with attacks after that. We also shouldn´t forget that Ben Backman isn´t a fodder Tier.
