Argh, I'm torn between the two in terms of beauty. If it was the old purple costume for Catwoman, I'd go for Black Cat anytime. I have to give it to Black Cat only because of the mask and hair.
In battle, I go with Black Cat no question. She can use her bad luck powers on Selina.

In terms of beauty; I'd take either one of them. I'd love to see this fight because I'm certain that there would be a wardrobe malfunction. LOL

I think both are beautiful but I'd leran toward Catwoman for the win.

I find Felicia to be more attractive, especially with her white hair. But I love Catwoman's personality more. She's just far more independent-minded and self-sufficient. And she has a wicked sense of humor. 
 
As far as who would win...Well, Catwoman can take out street thugs and she's capable of briefly going toe-to-toe with the likes of Batman, until she can find an opportunity to make a break for it. But from what I've seen, she loses more fights than she wins. However, Felicia is literally surrounded by bad luck, so who knows? I think Catwoman would just quickly lose interest and flee.

i think Black cat is really really annoying, she's a vain, spoiled brat who pouts and moans when she can't get what she wants (spider man) and when she finally DOES get him, she only loves half of him

black cat. becasuse of the way she was potrayed inthe 90's spiderman  show. love that picture btw boobies war  yay !  

Black Cat is more beautiful and hot. She'd probably win the battle due to her bad luck-causing powers and actually having superhuman physical capabilities.
