4. Flash getting tagged by Wonder Woman isn't really a low showing since she has some of the best reaction speed feats in the DCU.
i can post 30 more images like this but this should be enough and also i am not trying to say flash is slow, it is just his speed is inconsistent.
Those are some of his lowest showings though...Flash is inconsistent with speed because you can't write a character who's constantly going so fast that no one can really percieve you. That's why Flash is the poster child for CIS and PIS and last I checked, we don't use the lowest showings in a battle.

Busting what infinity? There are different types of infinity.
The thing is that people don’t even know the true story but they will still wank, do you know why Bonds of universe were busted? Because superman traveled too far, he travel further then the limitation of universe.
@theamazingyolo: SA Superman is flying plot device and most of his speed feats are quantifiable. He isn't faster than Zoom, he isn't faster than the Runner with the Space gem and he's probably as fast as Wally West from the Human race arc. Especially I'd Wally is allowed the speedsteal.
Speed steal is the most ridiculous thing in the history of comics. Right there with Kraven's laser nipples and Namor's ankle wings. Hermes takes this title in my opinion.

Anyone that can time travel should fit the bill, since you technically have to travel faster than time to go to another time period. Even light is constrained by time and whatever speed time moves at.
Hermes is def not faster. Right before Captain Marvel got his powerset swapped, he had the speed of Hermes and said this,
Thawne lost his Negative Speed force to Barry, so RN he's not even a metahuman. When Barry had it, that shit was wonky and just seemed like bootleg speed force. I doubt it'd put you above a quality speedster like Barry or Wally.
I haven't read any of Flash War yet, so what I'm about to say could end up changing soon, but right now Wally West Flash is faster than pretty much anybody in comics with a stable physical body. His time-stop (and time-rewind) speedforce bullshit puts him above the likes of Amazo, the Runner, and even Zolomon Zoom. Once you're capable of time-stopping, all bets are off. Even if you manage to move faster, he can just rewind the fact that it happened. Off the top of my head, the only non-cosmic characters I can think of are Takion (being virtually omnipresent and all), and anyone who also has time fuckery built into them, like Waverider, could probably pull off a win.
@_kingoflatveria: Do you have any feats for that? B/c when Flash is running through speed force channels, he's outrunning cosmic entities of death, and casually moving fast enough to drift through time. Does SS have anything that puts him above time in terms of speed?
