More like dimension busting , since The Soul Society , Hueco Mundo , The World of The Living is 3 dimension , and not just planets (eg, the soul society contain star)

The King of the HST swallows whoever he wants. Some of them might resist and it's hard to gauge exactly how strong Yhwach's technique would have been, but:
- we know it can erase EoS Ichigo and Aizen essentially as a side effect (it bypasses immortality)
- we know it would have consumed the entirety of SS and the human world (how quickly it was going to do this, we can't say exactly).
If the character just has to sit there and tank it, then I'd say nobody.
