If by Overall powers Superman is a Low Herald, by Strength he is probably the Higher, Actually I've never seen someone shatter or even completly destroy a Planet physically with 1 or 2 Punches, which Clark has already done the first. what other people did were shared feats.

Thor w/ Mjolnir > Supes > Hulk. I'd say Thor w/o Mjolnir is comparable to either of them anyway, to be honest. It's just Mjolnir puts him clearly above them in the striking department whereas without it's a toss-up.
