WF yes, HoTU debatable, but i disagree Beyonder has way more feats, even if there not better his has way more of them. Protege took on post recton Beyonder, which is nowhereclose to his pre recton counter part, Scathan works for the Tribunal, his not as powerful as ppl think, he only defeated Protege because of what he is to approve and disapprove situation, doesn't mean his powerful in term of raw power.

Depends on how you interpret Marvel in contrast to the rest of fiction. I'm sure even a lowballed Pre-retcon Beyonder would be a tough nut to crack if we apply equal tiering standards to the rest of fiction. Or we could do a zgtfreak and lowball the shit out of Marvel, while conveniently ignoring the fact that many of the anti-feats Marvel has to account for are present in nearly every other fictional verse, and have any random universal+ boomer stomp.
