All dragon ball characters, all bleach characters except maybe Ichigo, Kenpachi can straight cut through space, so he should be okay. Hmu when the commandments show feats of working on souls, then we might have a talk. From Naruto, Kaguya, MAYBE (a big one) Naruto and Sasuke. From OPM-Boros, Garou and Saitama.

@lordflawlez: Greyroad's commandment is useless against Yhwach and Kaguya due to their immortality. Also if he fight Naruto he'll most likely be dealing with shadow clones not the real thing.

Yes. Demons said that Mel with commandments could kill Ruler. That implies that not only that there is a limit ( and not NLF, as much as lord wants it to be ), but its a known limitation, otherwise they would never suggest it.

The saiyans don't have any physical feats to put them above multimountain physically and they are slow. FTL was still fairly relevant in DBS so don't bring up the moon stuff. Aizen and Yhwach are sitting with island-small country physicals, sub rel speed, and hax out the @ss.Yeah, Aizen and Yhwach would smack these versions of Goku and Vegeta. Making a big bang doesnt always win a fight.

Everyone here except for tatsumaki who is large island lvl via calcs and golden sperm scales to her at most while the DK is Country lvl they just dont have the ap or durability
