Who can defeat the ultimate comic book Superhero?

Is there a hero in Marvel or DC who can defeat Captain Omnipotent? He is from Marvel Universe. No outside artifacts, weapons, etc. One week prep.

Apparently, these are his feats:

Captain Omnipotent has been able to best every cosmic being in Marvel Comics, including Galactus, Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet, the Beyonder, the Infinites and the Celestials.

Batman with prep and Chew-Force.

Squirrel Girl defeats him no prep needed.

Me, if I have a can of Red Bull and a baseball bat with nails in it.
