Who can defeat Lucifer Morningstar ?

Previously I've been told not even Mxy, Legion or Franklin can defeat him. No one gave me any feats though, to show he was superior other than the fact that he owned Spectre, although Joker did that with Mxy's powers. So who in Marvel/DC can defeat him ?

Anyone Multiversal, the tier Lucy belongs to is universal one, and even then his universal feats are rather unimpressive, i have seen warpers of the same caliber doing better.
