Superman, Batman with prep, Flash, Zoom, Deathstroke with godkiller, Darkseid, Doomsday, Iron Man with prep, Black Panther with prep, Dr Doom, Dr Strange, Thor, Loki, Galactus, Silver Surfer, Thanos and any other comic book character can beat her.

I think Flash and Zoom can beat Chica's Magic Rainbow because they can just dump her in the speedforce
