Wasn't that PR molecule man or something? I've certainly never seen him heal from anything, but I'm not an expert on the guy.

Not unless they can survive the first nano-second of the fight. That's the main problem with Zoom. It's not that they don't have the power, it's that they don't get to use it.

Yeah, I don't think Dante can. According to the game itself, in quicksilver mode, Dante is just moving at super-high speeds, not actually slowing down time. And seeing how Zoom can slow down time so much the Flash appears in slow motion to him, I don't think Dante's quicksilver would be much different.
Im going to have to say... SA superman, Superman prime one million, superman with sword of superman, One above all , the presence, ToA, Squirrel girl (maybe..)

if Joe can use the slowdown before the fight starts,possibly,but i am not sure if that is still enought to fight Zoom
Whats sad is that this isn't the first "who can beat Zoom" thread.
Beating Zoom in a battle forum is very simple.
You are either a) physically invulnerable and immune to sonics and have a power (such as telepathy or reality warping) that allows you to ko someone without hitting them or the ability to predict where Zoom will be, b) be as fast as Zoom or c) be Squirrel Girl. So characters like Dr Manhatten, the Spectre and Squirrel Girl can definately take him.
Of course, in actual comic books there are several other ways to beat him like ambushes, plot devices or getting him to underestimate you and voluntarily reduce his speed.

I know this isn't the first who can beat Zoom thread. It's just that I couldn't find any others when I used the search function, so I just made one.

Marvel may claim that time travel only creates alternate universes but from the number of people who have come back in time to 616 earth, we know this isn't always true.
On DC, it doesn't create a new timeline. There is one timeline. You can change the past. IIRC, the same is true for DBZ.

Some versions of spawn, not Juggernaut (though Zoom can't ko him either), not Ghost Rider (though Zoom can't ko him either), yes Spectre, yes LT, yes Beyonder, not sure on MoM, yes Precence.
Molecule Man's reaction speed. Beyonder attacked with a beam that went through the ends of infinity in a matter of seconds yet Molecule Man (after using almost all his energy) was able to remove ALL THE LIVING BEINGS to a place somewhere. I think it is safe to say that if that beam is fast enough to travel through the ends of infinity (WTF?! Ends of infinity?!) it is traveling WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY faster than light.

Barry Allen outran the Runner from Marvel (in a crossover), or is there a Runner in DC, too? I did a search here for Runner and I only got the Marvel character.
