Unbound Spectre would get slaughter-stomped. It's his weakest form.

Well Catwoman would stomp LT on Looks.

Batman would stomp LT on style.

Plastic Man would stomp LT at being funny.

And petty much every one from DC beat LT on "whoever has the neck wins" contest.

Is that what you were asking, or do they have to beat him in a fair combat?

Actually no one can win against LT in terms of feats, since LT is shown to have megaversal feats (holding 2 megaverses and he exists in all multiverses simultaneously), even the presence doesn't have megaversal feats, so by feats no one can match LT

The Presence is the supreme being of dc, not the overmonitor.

As for the battle, only the Presence is guaranteed to be able to defeat LT. Others who might have a chance include Michael and Lucifer, Great Evil Beast, etc.

Agreed. In addition, just because the presence has not manipulated megaverses before does not mean he cannot.

Nope, he held two megaverses that's why there was a crossover in the first place, and he helped fashion them:

and he exists in all multiverses simultaneously:

So LT is definitely megaversal at least possibly more (holding two megaverses)

Yes but no one in the whole DC universe has shown megaversal feats, only multiversal at best, but non showed anything megaversal

Myxz and Bat-mite would be like flies to the LT.

The Presence is the only one who could defeat the LT in a 1v1. Michael and Lucifer together maybe, but certainly not individually.

LT is essentially God in Marvel continuity, the ceiling in the Marvel power-hierarchy that can never be reached...the only exceptions to this are, of course, those story arcs where the writer of the comic decide to draw attention to the only other higher power in the company, themselves. The Heart of the Universe and TOAA crap is nothing more than the writers messing with the established hierarchy of their comic's cannon, but when they're not doing that, no one beats LT.

So the only one in DC who could beat LT would be a DC version of TOAA, and if there was an established character in DC who was always #2 behind the DC TOAA, then he/she could potentially match the LT...that's it, there's really no more explanation or discussion necessary.

Nothing on the scan actually states what you are saying. Also Marvel vs Dc, might have been cannon to Dc universe, marvel doesnt consider it cannon. The best i have seen LT do (not a comics i have read but scan posted by CitizenBane) was being able to hold 2 eternity in the palm of each hand.

Also i dont actually remember anywhere saying LT held the two brothers together, if you could take me which issue it says so (coz i think it has a total of 2 issues doesnt it? ) i can go back and check it out.

@Killemall:

Actually if you look in the scan you could see they say the living tribunal exists in all multiverses simultaneously making him megaversal (since he can affect more than one multiverse)

here is the scan:

As far as I know DC does not have a megaverse, so there is no chance for any character to show megaversal feats. Nontheless that is not to say they are incapable. If they crossed over into Marvel somehow I sure the Presence can easily manipulate a megaverse.

But when you say megaverse, i am assuming you are talking about marvel megaverse rather than a random megaverse, because thats what the Living Tribunal is bound to. And given the fact that DC no longer has a megaverse, the only company that does is marvel, and well there definition as you put it is "whacky" .

Also what do you mean by an actual defination of a megaverse? The only scientific theory that even talks about megaverse, from what i know of, is string theory (or most specifically the M-theory), which simply is a collection of various universe.

@Killemall: A megaverse as in multiple multiverses (a hypothetical cosmos of multiple universes).
