That episode implied to us, that he has only changed 2-D artforms (not demosntrated how) with no evidence that it included CGI under his mix. There is no evidence that X has transcended forces that change 2-D to CGI to Live Action. He has changed 2-D to other 2-D, and that's it.
Changes of animation beyond 2-D are not under the meta conceptual awareness of Ben 10 characters. They can be aware of meta-2-D changes, but not beyond that.
You are extrapolating a feat, to X, that 2-D warping = CGI warping, which isn't even confirmed. The episode showed us all the forms X can change and it only showed 2-D.
And you are also extrapolating, that every media-change in the show is a result of Alien X, which is an assumption without even scant evidence when we are also told, that all he had done, falls under 2D Toon Change feats.
By this logic, you can say that all reality warpers who come from a verse with Medium change, are Medium Warpers of all sorts despite no evidence to it.
Meanwhile in Elmore, several characters are literal live-action puppets, different art forms in the same dimension simultaneously and are first level canon. Even human puppets, and the Remote warped them on panel, and warps reality at a Television Level beyond even Plot Manipulation (literally can change the language of the show). Meaning the Remote is at a level that warps beyond the Animation Studio itself, right at the Television.
The Remote is of the same affinity as the Cartoon Network Fanfiction Book (they come from the same source) and can change events in the Television No-Signal Void. And Gumball has warped Elmore with his imagination, plotwise, causality wise and temporally all around joke derived hax.
