Alien x isn't actually omnipotent, their powers can be absorbed and this alone disqualifies them. If they were truly omnipotent nothing could be done to them whatsoever, without exception. That being said...
Anyone above a universal reality warper....
...this.
Never proved.
@rbt: Fair enough. I was under the impression that Ben deliberately chose not to transform into them to avoid their power being absorbed but that is, I suppose, just Ben's interpretation of what might happen and it cannot definitively be the case until expressly shown.

Ben did deliberately chose not to transform into Alien X when fighting Darkstar. But all he knew at that point was that Alien X was a powerful reality warper. The word "omnipotent" was dropped first in Ultimate Alien.
Nothing has happened on show that would directly contradict Alien X being omnipotent yet. He might turn out to be just a really powerful reality warper, but so far he's been called omnipotent on screen by two of most reliable person(Paradox and Azmuth) and off screen by writers and nothing has happened that can contradict it.
@rbt: Ah okay, thank you for clearing that up for me.

Np.
Reality in the Marvel universe has been created several times IIRC, by Nemesis, by Alien Entity, by Genis-Vell and Entropy, Heart of the Universe, and plenty of others I'm sure.
Alien X would have to agree with itself and come to a consensus first, which is rare, and then second it could still be defeated by extra-dimensional entities. Some beings exist outside of "reality". For example, the Fury from the Marvel Earth-238 killed a multiversal-level reality warper in Mad Jim Jaspers by simply BFR'ing him from reality. When there's no matter or energy or time to play with a reality warper becomes weaker than Reed Richards.

I disagree with this. Paradox is multiversal. Even he can only avoid trouble. It's implied they can annihilate him. Matraunt was a multiverse level reality warper. So no...it will take at least an omniversal reality warper to deal with him, take Phoenix Force for instance.
@lowlaville: After what RBT told me I am inclined to agree with you now.

Ben no longer has that restriction. Since Serena and Bellicas gave Ben command of their body and powers in the fight against Galactic Gladier (another Celestialsapean), Ben has been able to freely control Alien X, though with limited potency as he doesn't know how best to use the powers. But he has feats like damaging a shield capable of blocking the birth of a multiverse or reversing Maltraunt's big bang into a fist sized energy ball and then destroyed Maltraunt with it.
@precrisisbardock: Nobody from DBZ can ever beat Alien X mister Fanboy even future Goku. Alien Xthinks at the speed of light and Goku doesn't he moves FTL.
On a side note.
Captain Atom
Superman Prime One Million
Divine Spawn
Deadpool, because no matter what he cant die
Silver Surfer maybe
Flash
@helixflameyt: Lol Future Goku wishes him out of existence.
@helixflameyt: So you don't think anyone from DBZ can beat him, but you think Deadpool has a chance because he can't die? not dying doesn't automatically give you the strength to kill someone. Deadpool is shown to be afraid of the hulk for instance. Rip his legs off and throw them to the next country then what happens?
I am not saying DBZ people beat him either, but you call someone a fanboy for mentioning dbz, then the fact you say deadpool seems odd. What's he going to do? cut him? shoot him? blow him up?
On a side note
He can have his powers absorbed apparently and he can't survive on Anur Vladias
Alien X isn't omnipotent by quite a few items
1. They have the potential to be absorbed
2. They can be infant and oblivious
3. There are multiple celestialsapiens
4. They have DNA that can be put in the Omnitrix
5. Ben is able to control one
As for the fight...
The Phoenix Force (easily)
Alien Y

1) I remember that the Living Tribunal had been absorbed by Thanos, this mean that the living tribunal isn't omnipotent ? Obviously no, ominpotent doesn't mean that you are invincible, however only a baby celestialsapien can be absorbed.
2)Does an omnipotent needs to born? who knows.
3) They can be a whole of omnipotent beings with equal powers,is that what people call omnipotent paradox.
4) We don't know if an omnipotent can have DNA
5)Ben control one so? that doesn't mean nothing
6) Creators, writters, Paradox and many others stated that are omnipotent
1. Never stated that the LT is omnipotent, and he never is stated to be
2. By definition, if they are born, it means that A. They are not omnipotent because they didn't simply will themselves into existence or B. They are not omnipotent because they have to be the progeny of omnipotent parents.
3. No, the existence of multiple omnipotent so prove that there are no omnipotents, because if Celestialsapien A and Celestialsapien B fought, the winner would therefore be more powerful. But since they had to actually struggle for victory, neither can be omnipotent.
4. They would have it if they wanted, but why would they let it be extracted?
5. Omnipotent means all powerful, and last I checked, all powerful beings cannot be controlled, otherwise they aren't all powerful.
6. But how can you state something's omnipotence if you aren't yourself?
