@kasya_carey: She was weakened while doing so (since at her prime she could stalemate and it was implied she could beat Hagaromo (who is > SPSM Naruto and Sasuke) and Hamura who is comparable to Hagaromo while after her revival she was stalemated by Team 7 who are far weaker by implication.

@americanspeeddemon: I have the idea that mostly the middle tiers would do better here. The more important they become, the more fleshed out a character gets, and the more likely they are to be shown in their "year one" states or even earlier. With that, the big hitters are kinda the weakest here...depressed human ichigo, cripple Ywhach, infant Naruto, deconstructed Genos, pre-Captain Kenpachi (was that filler? Idr), salary boy Saitama...

I was lookin pretty hard at Lille tbh. But idk everyone here...really I'm wondering if any actually CAN end the world at all, at least in these states.

@thelocust619: it would take base lille forever to destroy the world. There are a few people i don't know here but i think Kaguya should take this. She technically only has one real appearance.

Kaguya only has one appearance in canon so that would technically be her weakest and she can end the world with her TSB.

@jko1: The tailed beast are chakra beast made from splitting up the 10 tails (kaguya) they are her power split into 9 seperate beings (10 coumting Gedo Mazo)

@americanspeeddemon: Well you just said that the ten tals is Kaguy and if the tailed beast are just different splits of her power and the Gedo statue is just what is leftover of the ten tails then yea the Gedo statue is her weakest state.

Even then its still between Kaguya and Yhwach.
