M'Baku is one of the strongest, although the fact that he uses a vibranium staff makes it shaky to judge his raw brute strength. Kingpin is somewhere at the top, I'd say Alphonso Mackenzie is even stronger, esspecially if we take some of the statements made about him at face value. He definitely deserves a call out nonetheless. That's just off the top of my head.
Nobody really sticks out strength wise, although I haven't watched AoS. Melvin from Daredevil was a bit of a bruiser. Hawkeye (his Chitauri feats, chopping an alien in half with one blind swing of his sword), Iron Fist/Davos (overpowering an entire hallway of trained athletes and sending them flying), Punisher (manhandling Matt) and herbless T'Challa are all very physically strong.
