Captains - most of them solo bar the low tiers like kensei/soifon etc

Sternritters - 4 tails beats most of the sternritters bar the elite guards, The balance maybe and a few more.

Normal 4 tail Naruto ? Get beaten by SS Arc Byakuya or Base Yammy if he takes it seriously.

Omnihater and Animefreak force 4 tail Naruto ? Solos the verse , then proceed to beat TOAA , and the Presence , and the rest of fiction.
