Homelander can't deal with Vision's phasing.

Vision seems much stronger and durable. In the Vision/White Vision fight, they were punching each other through walls, a motorhome, and causing craters in the street - and still never really hurt each other. The Homelander/Soldier Boy/Super Butcher fight trashed a house. Homelander was stunned briefly from being slammed into a wall.

Vision should win in a straight up fight. Add phasing to the mix and it's almost a stomp.
